Our Mission and Purpose
The DC Solar Cooperatives' goal is to make renewable solar energy accessible and affordable for all people. This event will show Ward 7, East-of-the-Anacostia River and all DC residents how going solar will help to keep them in their homes. And it will demonstrate to Ward 7 and DC-based entrepreneurs and professionals, a leading in the creation of a Green-Collar economy, in DC: building businesses, supplying a professional workforce and creating new jobs and local tax revenues.
